All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. This is an approximate time frame, based on quantity and stock. If we receive your order over the weekend/holiday your order will begin processing the following Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped from CA.
Domestic Shipping : $5.25 (3-5 business days based on your location)
International Shipping : $23.95 (6-12 business days based on your location)
Canada Shipping : $19.95 (6-12 business days based on your location)
Expedited Shipping
If you are interested in Expedited shipping, please indicate this by using the Special Instructions box on the check out screen. Expedited shipping rates will vary based on the weight and destination of the package. Once we have received the notification we will be in contact with you to go over these rates.
Return/Exchange Policy
Refunds will only be allowed if you experiance any technical problems with the DVD disc. In order to return the item you must first contact us within 10 days of your order date to request a Return Authorization form. To request this form, please send an email to info @ AletheaAustin.com along with your order number and reason for return. This form MUST be included in your returned package. All packages returned with out this form will be marked as Return to Sender. Once we have received your return a replacement DVD will be mailed out to you via USPS Priority. We must receive your return within 15 days of the Return Authorization.
